Louisville-based telecom-services provider Zayo Group said Monday it has acquired Northwest Telephone Inc., a privately owned competitive local-exchange carrier operating in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Zayo’s network now encompasses 18,500 metro and regional fiber route miles, serving more than 1,100 locations in 20 states.
