The man is said to be about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with a medium build at about 140 pounds. He had facial hair and wore jeans and a Miami Dolphins jersey .

He was seen with an 18 to 20-year-old woman, who was white, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighed about 115 pounds and had long brown hair.
