Supplemental flows to aid the Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish Recovery Program will continue through the weekend at several Colorado reservoirs. Coordinated Reservoirs Operations Programs (CROPS) was established in 1995 to enhance spring peak flows for the benefit of humpback chub, bonytail, pikeminnow and razorback sucker in years snowpack is above average.
Additional flows are being released as follows: Green Mountain Reservoir, 400-450 cubic feet per second; Ruedi Reservoir, 400 cfs; Windy Gap, 180 cfs, and Willow Creek 70 cfs. Also, Wolford and Williams Fork reservoirs are full and spilling. Outflows were not increased earlier due to flooding concerns.

Former Broncos linebacker Karl Mecklenburg will be keynote speaker for the Christian Outdoor Fellowship of America’s expo Saturdy at Jefferson County Fairgrounds.
