Getting your player ready...

Gehrig Geiss has golf companies offering him free clubs, but he still has training wheels on his bike. The 5-year-old from North Dakota has been swinging clubs since he was 16 months old. He will be the youngest golfer at the U.S. Kids Golf regional quali- fier June 25 in St. Paul, Minn. His best drive is 157 yards. He has a 4 handicap on the nine-hole, 1,200- yard course in the tournament. His father, Chris Geiss, says he did not push his son into golf. When asked what he wants to be when he gets older, Gehrig smiled and said, “Tiga Woods.” AP
