Two people were taken to area hospitals this morning after a Volkswagen beetle slammed into the rear end of an RTD bus at 45th Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard.
The VW’s driver was taken to St. Anthony Central Hospital with a cut on the head. One passenger was also taken to Lutheran Medical Center. Neither of the injuries are life-threatening, said Wheat Ridge police spokeswoman Lisa Stigall.
