COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police say a man who was shot to death over the weekend was 18 years old and sometimes stayed in the apartment where he was killed.
Police said Monday they can’t release his name until his next of kin are notified.
No arrests have been made.
Police say the suspect entered the apartment shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday and argued with the victim shortly before the fatal shot was fired. Investigators are looking into what kind of relationship, if any, the two had.
The El Paso County coroner says the man died from a single gunshot wound to his chest.
