Broomfield-based Vail Resorts Inc. has agreed to purchase Colorado Mountain Express for $40.5 million, the company announced Tuesday.
Vail Resorts is buying the mountain-resort ground-transportation company from East West Resort Transportation Holdings LLC, an affiliate of East West Partners.
