A 550-foot freighter on the Milwaukee River hit the docked yacht owned by Milwaukee Brewers radio announcer Bob Uecker. There were no reported injuries, but the collision caused enough damage that Uecker wasn’t able to use the boat in his charity fishing tournament Thursday. Renee Kirnberger of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin, the charity that benefits from the fishing tournament, said Uecker wasn’t thrilled by what happened but was more concerned about the tournament.
