Penford Products Co., a subsidiary of Centennial-based Penford Corp., is making significant progress in the restoration of its Cedar Rapids, Iowa, plant.
The plant was shut down June 12 because of record flooding and a government-ordered evacuation of the plant. The company said it is still too early to estimate damage costs or when the plant will become fully operational.
