A Colorado Springs man was shot and killed early Sunday morning at The One Sports Bar in Colorado Springs.
Police officers from the Stetson Hills Division were dispatched to the bar at 1840 N. Academy Boulevard at 1:10 a.m. to investigate a report of shots fired. The officers found the victim, 32-year-old Keith Lewis, inside the bar.
Detective Derek Graham of the Violent Crimes Unit said Lewis was transported to Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The perpetrator fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. Graham said there are no suspects at this time.
Lewis’ death due to multiple gunshot wounds has been ruled a homicide. It is Colorado Springs’ 13th homicide this year.
