抖阴ap

Adapted from “A Man’s Place is Behind the Bar,” by Tucker Shaw. Makes 1 pitcher.

Ingredients

2     bottles spritzy white wine, such as vinho verde

1/2   cup brandy

1     lime, cut into thin rounds

1     lemon, cut into thin rounds

1     orange, cut into thin rounds

1     handful white grapes, halved lengthwise

3     underripe plums, pitted and sliced

2     underripe white peaches, pitted and sliced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large pitcher. Chill for at least one hour. Serve chilled, without ice. (Make it virgin: Use nonalco- holic grape juice.)
