The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has issued an air-pollution alert for the Front Range this weekend. Warm temperatures and light winds have created a moderate amount of ozone concentration from El Paso County to Weld and Larimer counties, including Greeley, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, and the Denver-Boulder region.
Children and adults, especially those with respiratory illnesses like asthma, should limit prolonged outdoor exertion between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. today and Sunday.
