NEW YORK — The death of a fashion model who plunged from the ninth floor of a Manhattan building has been ruled a suicide. The medical examiner’s office said Sunday that Ruslana Korshunova jumped from her apartment in the Financial District. The 20-year- old native of Kazakhstan had graced the covers of top fashion magazines.
