Thank you! I have been trying to find a good recipe for a mai tai, without much luck. And then to find the Trader Vic’s recipe! That was where I had my first mai tai ever — at the Trader Vic’s downtown, in the Brown Palace, I believe, back in the ’70s. I’ve found nothing to compare to those since.
