Colorado is one of 12 states to receive a $50,000 clean-energy grant from the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices. The grant will go to the Colorado Carbon Fund, an initiative of the Governor’s Energy Office to provide verifiable carbon offsets for consumers concerned about climate change.
