WINDSOR, Colo.—In a July 1 story about the aftermath of a tornado in Windsor, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the Federal Emergency Management Agency is not helping with recovery efforts. FEMA says it has provided temporary housing and grants for some house repairs and other individual needs, though it isn’t helping with debris removal or cleanup.
