Google is closing its south Denver office. According to the blog Google Blogoscoped, the search-engine giant is closing offices in Denver and Dallas, giving employees an option to relocate to another office in the state or take a severance package.
Google also has offices in Boulder and Thornton.
According to a statement obtained by the blog, the company said that “following an operational review, we are consolidating our offices in Dallas and Denver, as we currently have at least two offices in each of these markets. . . . These are the only two cities affected by this review, and all affected Dallas and Denver (employees) will be offered opportunities within the company.”
