Denver police have arrested a suspect in a fatal stabbing last week.
Darren Contreras, 42, turned himself in on Saturday, Denver police said in a news release.
He was being sought for the fatal attack on Ruben Delatorres, 61, that occurred July 2 at 5995 E. Iliff Ave.
No further details were immediately available.
