Local TV, a unit of Oak Hill Capital Partners, announced Monday the completion of its $1.1 billion purchase of KDVR-Channel 31 and seven other Fox-affiliated television stations from News Corp.
Local TV is adding the new stations to its existing mix of nine CBS, NBC, ABC and MyNetwork properties, bringing its total station count to 17 with projected 2008 net revenue of more than $450 million.
