SEATTLE — A pigeon aficionado pleaded guilty Tuesday in a Tacoma court to killing a peregrine falcon, part of an undercover sting that targeted bird-club members accused of killing thousands of hawks and falcons. Darrel Norris, 69, was indicted on evidence gathered during a year-long undercover investigation by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, which found that club members had killed up to 2,000 hawks and falcons annually because they prey on the pigeons, court documents said.
