Pamela Cox wasn’t wearing a seatbelt when her 1984 Buick Rivera flipped after she overcorrected after running off the road about 9 a.m.

The car rolled and came to a rest on its top.

Alcohol and drugs are were not factors, but speed may have been, state troopers said. The crash is still under investigation.
