LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska athletic director Tom Osborne has modest expectations for the 2008 Cornhuskers.
Osborne said Friday that first-year coach Bo Pelini simply needs to get the program on solid ground.
Osborne told The Associated Press that he hopes to see a team that is well-organized, plays with a lot of heart, gives great effort and is well-prepared.
He said he can live with the consequences if everything else is in order.
