FORT LUPTON — A Colorado State Patrol trooper is under arrest in an Internet sting aimed at trapping sexual predators.
Fort Lupton Police Chief Ron Grannis said 22-year-old Justin Tolman allegedly became sexually aggressive with an officer posing as a 14-year-old girl. Grannis said Tolman communicated for two months with the officer via a page and a Yahoo profile the officer created.
Grannis said Tolman sent pictures of himself, including one in his uniform next to his patrol car. Tolman is on administrative leave pending the outcome of the case. The Associated Press
