Four people were rescued from an apartment fire last night in Aurora.
The two-alarm fire was reported at the complex at 2230 N. Dallas St. about 5:30 p.m. Sunday, the Aurora Fire Department said in a news release.
First-responders found flames engulfing the bedroom of garden-level unit. No one was home at that unit, but the smoke prompted crews to bring four residents of another unit out through a window using a ladder.
No one was injured.
A cause of the fire has not yet been determined, but damages are estimated at $100,000.
