The late Bill Daniels, humanitarian and cable-television entrepreneur, is a 2008 recipient of the Distinguished Citizenship Award of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society.
The honor will be bestowed Sept. 19 during the society’s annual meeting in Denver.
Daniels brought a unique style to all his philanthropic endeavors — a personal concern for and involvement with individuals in need and the organizations that serve them.
