A woman who was hit by a car and killed on Colfax Avenue has been identified by the Denver Coroner’s Office.
Tina Rhoden, 50, was crossing the avenue at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday near Williams Street when she was hit, police said.
She was jay-walking at the time of the accident, police said, and the driver of the car stopped and was cooperative with investigators, police said.
