Relive the style and sensibility of the Old West. Reproductions of housewares used by the likes of legendary settlers such as Kit Carson and Florence Dibell Bartlett are now available through licensed furniture from the Museum of New Mexico. The institution scoured historic archives to re-create period furnishings, lighting, bedding and rugs for today’s homes. The result is a collection infused with the cultural influences that framed the Western frontier including Spanish, Italian, Asian and Rustic Americana looks. Prices range from $979 for rugs to $5,000 for upholstered couches and king-size beds. Look for the collection at berrycreek (specializing in bedding ensembles); (case goods); king (upholstered goods); (lamps); and (rugs).
