Denver police have offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a 20-year-old suspect in a fatal shooting during an argument over parking.
Andrew Ortiz, who also goes by the name “Psycho,” allegedly shot 23-year-old Jose Lopez just before 1 a.m. on July 26 in a parking lot at 3239 Conejos Place.
A dispute erupted between apartment neighbors after visitors attending a birthday party parked in the wrong spot.
Ortiz allegedly shot the man after the victim reached into the trunk of his car and pulled out a crowbar, witnesses said.
