The Brett Favre Tour was in full swing again Friday. Before heading out to the Jets’ training camp on Long Island for a scheduled early-afternoon conditioning workout and some team meetings, Favre began his day by attending a morning news conference in Manhattan at City Hall, where Mayor Michael Bloomberg presented the sure first-ballot Hall of Fame quarterback and newest member of the Jets with a few gifts. “The legendary No. 4 has now become Jet Favre,” Bloomberg said, “and we’re delighted.” Newsday, AP photo
