Two of the top girls basketball recruits in Colorado are staying in the state, but another is leaving.

The University of Colorado received oral commitments from 6-foot-2 twins Brenna and Meagan Malcolm-Peck, seniors who play guard and forward at Class 5A Horizon High School in Thornton.

Anna Prins of 4A Broomfield committed to Iowa State.

The Malcolm-Peck sisters, who played two seasons at ThunderRidge in Highlands Ranch, combined to average 25 points and 13 rebounds last season and have the versatility to play out front or inside.

Prins, a 6-6 center and heavily recruited nationally, averaged 14 points while leading the Eagles to their second consecutive state title in March.
