GEORGETOWN, Colo.—Westbound Interstate 70 has reopened at the Eisenhower Tunnel after a seven-vehicle accident being blamed on inclement weather.

The Colorado Department of Transportation closed the roadway about 11:25 a.m. Friday after a pileup that involved at least one semi-truck and two sport utility vehicles just west of the tunnel.

Slushy, wet conditions are reported in the area along with some hail.

There is no word on injuries.

CDOT reopened the highway about 1:35 p.m.
