GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—An autopsy is planned on the body of a baby girl discovered at a campsite north of Paradox.
Montrose County coroner Dr. Thomas Canfield says 2-month-old Brooklin Ray Estep of Nucla was found dead Sunday morning inside a tent at a Buckeye Reservoir campground.
The manner and cause of death have not been determined.
The girl was born June 6.
Montrose County sheriff’s spokeswoman Bobbie McCoid says foul play is not suspected.
Paradox is about 60 miles west of Montrose near the Colorado-Utah state line.
