DETROIT — A judge on Monday left the terms of Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick’s bail on assault charges in effect at least through the middle of the week, making it unlikely the mayor can attend the Democratic National Convention.
Kilpatrick’s travel is restricted to the Detroit area. He faces 10 felony counts in separate assault and perjury cases.
