The Justice Department said Tuesday it wants to add five additional dockets from the insider trading trial of Joe Nacchio to the former Qwest CEO’s appellate review.
The dockets include transcripts from two hearings in March 2007, Nacchio’s motion to exclude testimony by analysts and Nacchio’s response to the government’s motion to exclude certain testimony from a defense witness. Nacchio’s insider trading conviction is being reviewed by the full 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
