Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch have dominated the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series this season, combining to win 14 of the 24 races. And they have earned 26 top-five finishes.
So perhaps it’s natural that tensions between the two are rising. After running 1-2 nearly the entire race at Bristol on Saturday, Edwards bumped Busch out of the way before pulling away for the win.
It was one of the better stock car races in years. Then, after the race, the two traded paint.
If NASCAR gets out of the way and lets Edwards and Busch go, it could be an exciting run to the title.
