Ingredients
4 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
3 cans Women’s Bean Project Toni’s Ten-Bean Soup
4 cups chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 14-ounce can chopped green chiles
3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) or 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Colby-Jack
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Simmer all ingredients together, except cheese and sour cream, for 1 hour. Stir in cheese and sour cream before serving.
