NEWARK, N.J. — Prosecutors say a grand jury has indicted six men accused in the execution-style killings of three college students in a Newark schoolyard last year.

The men, who were being held for their alleged roles in the slayings, were indicted today, more than a year after the Aug. 4, 2007 attacks on three friends hanging out behind the Mount Vernon School.

Three were killed, one woman survived.

Prosecutors did not release details on the charges, pending an afternoon news conference.
