Police say 24-year-old Pfc. Jomar Dionisio Falu-Vives and 20-year-old Spc. Rudolfo Torres-Gandarilla killed two men while the victims were hanging garage sale signs at an intersection.

Falu-Vives faces 10 felony charges, including two counts of first-degree murder. Torres-Gandarilla is charged with two counts of accessory to murder.

The charges were filed Monday. The suspects are due back in court for a preliminary hearing Sept. 29.
