CARACAS, Venezuela — Venezuelan President Hugo Cha vez is starting a five-nation tour with a stop in Cuba to meet with Fidel Castro. Cha vez said he would meet with the former Cuban leader Sunday night and from there travel on to Beijing, Moscow and another Russian city he didn’t identify. He said he’ll finish the week-long tour with stops in France and Portugal.
