Ascent Solar Technologies Inc., a Littleton-based developer of flexible thin-film photovoltaic modules, announced Monday that the board and its president and chief executive have mutually decided that a change of leadership is the best path for the company as it heads into the manufacturing phase of its products.
Matthew Foster, its president and CEO, resigned and Mohan Misra, Ascent’s chairman and chief strategy officer, will serve as the interim president and CEO.
