James hasn’t reared its moppy head since 2001’s “Pleased to Meet You,” but the English folk-popsters sound in fighting shape on the new “Hey Ma.” In fact, their approach is less Smiths than the gruff, guitar-based tunes of the Replacements. Monday at the Ogden Theatre, with Unkle Bob. $22.50-$25.
