The government has regulated some things on them, which means they’re going to be taking less risk, so less profit,” he said. Asked for a prediction, he added: “Well, Morgan Stanley is up 10 percent this morning; I checked my portfolio. Yeah, I think it’s something that will affect the market in the long run because people will be taking less risk. . . .
