Ingredients
One 15-ounce can black beans, undrained
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine beans (with liquid), coconut, cumin and salt. Heat through and serve.
