BERLIN — As part of the German-made TV documentary “The Human Footprint,” 77,000 coffee cups are placed Monday in front of the Brandenburg Gate to illustrate how many the average German drinks during his lifetime. “The Human Footprint” also has focused on the environmental impact of other countries’ lifestyles.
