ST. LOUIS — A Missouri man who impersonated a federal drug agent, conducting raids and making arrests, has pleaded guilty to federal charges. Bill Anthony Jakob pleaded guilty Monday to impersonating a federal law enforcement officer and other counts. Sentencing is Dec. 19.
