A football coach and the father of one of his players came to blows in midgame in Amherst, Ohio, after an end-run play was stuffed for a loss. As Dennis Szalai, a youth football board member who helped break up the scuffle, told Cleveland’s WEWS-TV: “Apparently, the parent was yelling to the coach to run a particular play. They ran the play, the coach turns around and says, ‘There is your sweep,’ and bam, the rest is history.” Police arrested parent Eric Frambach, who has been charged with disorderly conduct and banned from attending practices and games. And the players? “They were all crying,” Szalai said. Understandable, considering they’re all 9- or 10-year-olds. The Seattle Times
