The Adams County District Attorney’s office filed charges today against Benjamin Foos, 26, who police say committed eight robberies in 10 days in Adams County, Westminster, Thornton and Commerce City.
Foos was arrested Sept. 26.
Commerce City police said Foos preyed on convenience stores, laundry businesses and a burger restaurant. In most cases he used a black semi-automatic pistol.
