Kaiser Permanente Colorado will begin offering Medicare plans in El Paso, Teller, Pueblo and Fremont counties starting Nov. 15.
Residents in those counties can choose between two Kaiser Medicare Advantage plans: the Core Plan, with no premium; and the Silver Plan, with a $39 monthly premium.
