LINCOLN—A complaint lodged against a Nebraska judge for his handling of a man with mental problems has been dismissed. The state Judicial Qualifications Commission says in a letter that there is no evidence Sarpy County Judge Robert Wester violated the code of judicial conduct. By Nate Jenkins.
