DURANGO — Foreclosures in the resort and tourist county of La Plata County are on track to reach a 19-year high.
Ninety-nine foreclosures were filed in the southwestern Colorado county, which is home to Durango and Durango Mountain Resort, through Friday, a 62 percent increase from last year’s pace.
